|Internal Security Associates, LLC (ISA) is a highly professional private security firm seeking highly qualified current and/or former military and/or trained law enforcement personnel to work as armed security supervisors in the Boston and Metro West areas. Candidates must have significant military or law enforcement training and experience as indicated below as well as a proven track record supervising security, military or law enforcement personnel. The positions are that of a working supervisor who stands post alongside non-supervisory officers. Strong communication skills, a command presence, report writing capabilities, as well as the ability to act in a customer service capacity are also required.
ISA provides continuous armed security at state government buildings, schools, colleges, foreign consulates, religious institutions as well as for many private sector clients. We are a 24/7 company so team members and supervisors need to be able to work the shifts and locations as needed. In addition to the requirement of military or law enforcement training and experience, this position requires a clean criminal record and a positive employment history. Qualified candidates will undergo extensive interviews as well as comprehensive background/criminal history investigations and drug testing. Candidates with a military background must provide a copy of their latest DD214. Candidates will not be granted an interview for these armed supervisor positions without the necessary supervisory experience and either an unrestricted, employment purposes or non-resident MA Class-A License to Carry Firearms. Selected candidates should expect to be held to standards similar to those found in military and police organizations.
- Relevant Military and/or Law Enforcement supervisory experience as indicated above.
- Completed Massachusetts Reserve Intermittent Academy or Mass Criminal Justice Training Council AND additional relevant Law Enforcement Experience
- The ability to demonstrate proficiency in hand gun use through qualifications, courses, training, certifications, employment or other means equivalent to Military or Police training.
- Unrestricted/Employment/Non-Resident Class-A Massachusetts LTC
